Responsibilities:

As a PM, you’ll lead with structure, empathy, and urgency. You will:
💪Own end-to-end project delivery — from charter to launch to post-mortem.
💪Partner with project sponsors to define the “what” and “why”, then lead the “how”.
💪 Define, document, and communicate project scope, success metrics, and roles/responsibilities.
💪Manage cross-functional collaboration, proactively surfacing blockers and aligning timelines.
💪Track deliverables using tools like Monday.com, ensuring tasks are properly routed, linked, and updated.
💪Maintain decision logs, version control, and project documentation in Google Drive or shared repositories.
💪Schedule and facilitate structured meetings, enforce time-bounded discussions, and maintain agendas and follow-ups.
💪Be the "glue" that holds communication together — from updates to stakeholder check-ins.
💪 Anticipate and resolve risks, resourcing conflicts, and execution gaps.
💪 Promote a culture of iterative improvement, versioning, and post-project reflection.

Qualifications:

⭐Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
⭐Minimum 3 years managing cross-functional projects, ideally with technical and creative components
⭐Experience using project management platforms like Monday, Asana, Notion, or Jira
⭐Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
⭐Comfort with Google Workspace, shared drives, and file versioning
⭐Familiarity with agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies is a plus


Bonus (Not Required, But Nice to Have):

✒️ Experience managing creative, product, or marketing teams
✒️ Familiarity with SOP development, version-controlled documentation, and system building
✒️ Strong facilitation skills and ability to run structured meetings
